We process the data to run the waiting list under the Terms (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, on the basis of your consent, to send you information about RESTONIM (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). What happens next

We will send a message with a confirmation link to the address you provided.
Your sign-up becomes active only after you confirm it — the link is valid for 48 hours. We delete an unconfirmed sign-up within 72 hours at the latest.
When Restonim becomes available, we will send you a message informing you that it is available. After that you may receive information and offers relating only to RESTONIM from us — until you unsubscribe.

What signing up is not

Signing up is free of charge and is not a purchase, an order, a licence agreement or a binding reservation.
Signing up does not activate a trial and does not create an account or a licence.
We send the address on the list only information about RESTONIM — never information about other parties’ products.

Information on data processing

Purposes and legal bases: running the waiting list under the Terms — performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); sending commercial information, including offers, relating only to RESTONIM — your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law); protecting the form against abuse and demonstrating the course of the sign-up — our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Scope: your e-mail address, the language you chose, the dates of sign-up and confirmation and the version of the declarations you made (including the confirmation that you are at least 18 — we do not collect dates of birth).
Recipients: Cloudflare (website hosting and a database in the European Union) and Microsoft (the Exchange Online service through which we send messages), acting on our behalf. Data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area — on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
Retention: we delete an unconfirmed sign-up within 72 hours at the latest; a confirmed sign-up when you unsubscribe, and at the latest 24 months after confirmation.
Your rights: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, objection, withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing) and a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
