Why Restonim was created
Legal, financial and business documents increasingly reach third parties and external tools, including AI tools. Restonim was created so that such tools can be used while limiting the disclosure of confidential information.
Restonim was created for people and organisations who work with confidential information every day.

Professional secrecy, trade secrets and data protection require control over who can access the content of a document. Once a document leaves the organisation, that control is easily lost.
Pseudonymisation replaces confidential information with tokens, and the original values can be restored when needed.
Restonim is being developed as a desktop application. The user decides whether and when the original values are restored.
Restonim is developed by an interdisciplinary team of experienced specialists: IT and cybersecurity experts, information management specialists and lawyers.
We combine technical knowledge with a practical understanding of how confidential documents are created, circulated and shared. That is why we design Restonim so that protecting information is part of everyday work rather than an extra task.
